E-COMMERCE MANAGER:
Our ideal E-Commerce Manager is a driven individual with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while completing tasks within a deadline. The E-commerce manager is responsible for the online sales of the brand. They oversee the look and feel of the company website and are responsible for generating sales via online channels. Daily activities will include driving website traffic, curating collections for weekly drops, and fulfilling online orders. This role requires stellar written and verbal communication skills, a love for all things fashion, stellar organization skills and the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations through our online presence. This role is an in-office position (40 hours per week).
STORE MANAGER (FULL TIME):
A Willow Store Manager is deeply invested in Willow’s core values: Loyalty, Productivity, Accountability, Integrity, VIP Customer Service.
They are an Active Sales Floor Manager consistently building and fostering client relationships, supporting all staff, stores and areas of the Willow company.
The Store Manager ensures that the key areas of responsibility are being tended to, whether by themselves or via delegation and follow up. The key areas of responsibility are as follows:
Customer Service
Customer Outreach (Clienteling)
Sales
Policy & Procedure adherence and advocate
Product Knowledge
Visual Merchandising
Inventory Processing and Management
Store Presentation and Cleanliness
Hiring and Recruitment
Training - new hire and ongoing
Employee reviews
Point of Sale expertise
Bank Deposits
Utilize Sales & Inventory Reports
The Store Manager ensures that the energy of the store and employee morale is of the highest standard and indicative of a positive Willow experience.
