*Willow Ecommerce Holiday Return Policy:
Willow’s Ecommerce items are eligible for a full money back return of the item(s) if:
- Send us an email at PR@WearWillow.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can approve the items you are wanting to return.
- All item(s) are received back to the address provided below within 7 days of your emailed approval.
- Items must be un-worn, with tags attached and in the same original condition.
- Returns must be accompanied with a copy of your packing slip
- All sale items are Final Sale
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Box must have a Return Authorization number on the shipping label. (see below)
- All returns will incur a $5 restocking fee
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!
- Once packages are picked up from Willow by USPS, UPS or other mail carriers, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or missing packages (this includes packages that are marked delivered by mail carrier).
YOU MUST CONTACT US VIA EMAIL at PR@WearWillow.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. Boxes received without a Return Authorization number will be returned to sender. Once a number is generated for your return, it must be clearly written on the shipping label. (i.e. RA #100)
(Unauthorized returns may be charged a 20% restocking fee)

Once we have received your approved return, we will refund the card used in the original transaction less the shipping charges and re-stocking fee.
Jewelry, skincare, makeup, shoes, bags, hats, scarves, wraps/ponchos, gift items and accessories are FINAL SALE ITEMS.
